Client Success Starts With You
We’re looking for a full-time Client Success Specialist to join our growing team in Manila.
In this role, you’ll provide high-quality customer support and assist with the delivery of our recruitment software. Working closely with our Client Success team, you’ll help troubleshoot issues, support training efforts, and ensure a positive experience for every user.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment tech, eager to grow, and excited to work with AI-powered tools.
Your responsibilities include:
- Responding to client enquiries via phone and email
- Troubleshooting common software or product issues
- Supporting onboarding and training sessions for new users
- Maintaining internal documentation and client resources
- Assisting with reporting and system configurations
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members when needed
- Using AI and automation tools to streamline support activities
- Delivering friendly, accurate, and timely communication to clients
You’re Wired for Client Success If...
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring strong communication skills, a genuine passion for helping others, and a drive to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer support, help desk, or client relationship type roles is highly desirable.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience with AI and automation in a professional setting, with a knack for identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks, finding smart solutions
- Experience engaging directly with clients or end users
- Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or SaaS platforms
- The ability to work efficiently, follow process, and stay organised
- Confidence with digital tools and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to streamline processes, build workflows, and leverage automation to save time and drive results

You’ll also support our Scout Learning, where you’ll take client-provided training content and upload it into our learning platform. No design work required — just the ability to follow process, manage details, and ensure a smooth client experience.
