Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, nurturing strong relationships and understanding their business goals.
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions to enhance their success.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth implementation and providing necessary training.
  • Develop strategic account plans to boost adoption, retention, and growth within existing accounts.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and swift issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews to assess progress and identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to deliver valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in customer success or account management.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to various client seniorities.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Team-oriented, demonstrating empathy and collaboration.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other customer success tools is a plus.
