JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative assistance to Client Services team.
- Assist timely billing submission to Finance.
- Prepare quotes or purchase orders where applicable.
- Responsible in documentation and housekeeping of in-house job records (e.g. data entry, revenue recognition, printer spec and etc.).
- Prepare simple SGK Link documentation upon request.
- On the Job Learning.
- Serves as a backup to Client Services team members.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- At least intermediate to advance skills in excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, Creation of Charts and Graphs).
- Able to create For

- Intermediate to advanced skills in excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, create charts and graphs).
- With knowledge in complex Excel formulas and functions.
- Intermediate skills in PPT (but not necessary).
- With experience in data collection, organization, and analysis.
- Able to understand and organize, standardize data as and when needed/ observed attention to detail.
