Position: Client Service Associate
Location: Global One, Eastwood Libis Quezon City
Work setup & shift: Hybrid / 2x a week

 Managing response tracking and follow-up for event invitations.
 Compiling client data for onboarding and initial CRM entry.
 Sending agreements and obtaining signatures via DocuSign.
 Preparing and managing client documents and meeting folders.
 Updating clients on the status of applications (insurance, investments, etc.).
 Providing administrative support for financial planning activities.
 Handling investment paperwork and facilitating processing.
 Entering financial data into various software with speed and accuracy.
 Review data for errors, discrepancies, or missing information and correct as
necessary.
 Updating and maintaining client contact information in CRM and financial
planning tools.
 Logging and managing compliance-related documentation.
 Coordinating the rollover and consolidation of old investment accounts
