This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do

Nasdaq eVestment, a leading fintech firm, seeks an Analyst to support our global client base for Analytics and data-driven solutions. You'll assist clients via phone, email, and live chat with portfolio analysis, asset flows, and regression-based modeling. The role involves both basic support and complex analysis, serving investment consultants, asset managers, and asset owners.

New hires undergo a comprehensive 12-week onboarding program, learning the eVestment Analytics platform, client landscape, and essential tools like Salesforce and JIRA.

  • Provide first-line client service through multiple channels (phone, live chat, email, and Zoom)
  • Contribute to improvement projects across the organization
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product enhancement
  • Conduct client training sessions and create educational content

What We Expect

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Management; comparable experience may be substituted
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar organization
  • Previous experience in Salesforce for case management is preferred
  • Previous experience working the US shift preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Good understanding of financial services is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Amenable to working US shift (8PM-5AM), and at least twice a week in the Nasdaq Manila office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
