Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Service Administrator to join our team. This role involves providing essential support to our clients and ensuring compliance with Australian regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in client services and administrative tasks, with a strong understanding of tax and corporate compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • ATO Liaison: Regularly interact with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) to address client needs and regulatory obligations.
  • Correspondence Management: Download and send various types of ATO correspondence to clients, primarily using templated emails.
  • Tax and Compliance Filings: Manage the lodgement of Income Tax Returns and Business Activity Statements to the ATO.
  • Client Onboarding: Set up new client profiles in Xero Practice Manager and add them to the Tax and ASIC agent portals.
  • Entity Establishment: Use specialised software to establish new companies, trusts, and self-managed super funds.
  • ASIC Compliance: Maintain corporate compliance with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), including updating company information such as address details, officeholders, and members.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in client services or administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of software programs and digital tools.
