Client Relationship Manager I


Location: Tarlac/Clark/Cebu/Manila

Shift: 7am-4pm

Arrangement: Hybrid

Manage an existing customer base and facilitate growth plans in line with the targets and goals set, enabling client's growth through an offering of diversified solutions. Responsible for safeguarding and enhancing the share of customer wallet, ensuring an increase in net retained revenue. This role demands a high level of autonomy, necessitating the ability to deliver proactive solutions.



Responsibilities


Growth

Relationship based selling: Develop a relationship with the client where you can regularly stay in contact and provide an update on market conditions and new offerings.

Upselling products/services Through every interaction with new or existing Business Services customers. Explore the vertical divisions with the clients to understand if they have staffing requirements in other departments.

Plans: Create plans to address client’s business needs.


Retention

Replacements: Identify clients who have recently had a TM resign across all portfolios and ensure that a replacement has been activated.

Re-engagement: Working towards prevention of disengagement of clients and working towards re-engaging clients who have already disengaged.


Relationship Building

External Clients: Research and build strong relationships with existing clients who have validated growth opportunities. Use every interaction as an opportunity to maximize the clients spend.

Internal Relationships: Leverage off internal relationships to identify potential opportunities and historical data. Consult with management on business trends and future opportunities.




Key Qualifications/Experience

  • Must have sales experience of 1-2+ years in a similar setting
  • Autonomy and ability to identify and address priorities
  • Proven experience in client-focused account management
  • Rapid and effective system adoption, attention to detail in documentation of client interactions
  • Demonstrated success in meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
  • High attention to detail and organizational proficiency
  • Sales generation within client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Effective time management
  • Pragmatic approach, urgency, goal-oriented mindset, and a drive for achievement
  • Continuous learning orientation and quick task adaptation
  • Diligent commitment to collaborative teamwork
