Role Overview
As a Client Partnership Manager, you will manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring strategic partnerships that drive business growth. Your role involves negotiation, strategic planning, and fostering collaboration to enhance Athena’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Crisis Management: Ensure seamless client support during unforeseen circumstances.
- Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong client connections aligned with business goals.
- Strategic Planning: Align Athena’s capabilities with client objectives for mutual growth.
- Negotiation & Problem-Solving: Balance Athena’s business interests with client needs.
- Communication & Conflict Resolution: Strengthen trust through effective communication and resolution strategies.
- Leadership & Global Experience: Manage partnerships across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Performance & Operations Management: Optimize processes for enhanced client satisfaction.
- Support & Development: Provide resources and training for EAs to maintain high-quality service.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing foreign (preferably U.S.) stakeholders.
- 2+ years of people management experience with strong coaching skills.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in performance management, stakeholder coordination, and talent development.
- Strong negotiation and strategic thinking abilities.
- Willingness to work night shifts and rotating schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
