CMG Job Description:
- Provides timely and accurate reply to email inquiries from other units/departments/advisors and clients.
- Ensures that the service level agreement for Client Management Group (CMG) is met at all times for SLOCPI, SLFPI, SLAMC and SLGFI.
- Processes the following in accordance with the policies and procedures set by CMG:
- change in address and contact information
- enrolment to e-Notice and e-OR
- simple consolidation
- updating of Fatca status
- finding missing clients
- replying to phone and email inquiries
- Generates confirmation letters in LGS.
- Prepares transmittal for change in mailing address.
- Ensures the following are released accurately and in a timely manner:
- confirmation letters
- Other communications as may be identified
- Handle and encode forms received via pouch (submitted at CSC)
- Assists in processing other transactions as may be required and other CLIENT RECORD activities related to CMG
- Knowledge in WORD, EXCEL, PPT
Minimum Typical Education
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 2 years relevant professional expertise
- One to two years of customer service experience is preferred
