Your Role

A client Experience Specialist is expected to:

  • Preparation of different payroll reports per cutoff (BIC, Active List, RPA, Disputes, etc)
  • Attendance processing
  • Monitoring/requisitions of office and coffee supplies Prepares Incident Reports for both COC violation and performance
  • Updating of internal trackers for any employee movement
  • Liaise with other departments for any account concern.
  • Perform other related duties as required, e. g. attending to clients’ work-related needs and acting as a point-person for any staff concern.
  • Responsible in providing feedback to the Account Manager on the completion of each task of the team.
  • Responsible in creating reports for the day-to-day Operations including Attendance, Action Items, Minutes of the Meeting Agreements, Open Items of other departments.
  • Responsible in handling administrative tasks of all Operations Leads supported

What You Will Need

Non-Negotiables

  • Microsoft Excel - should at least know how to create excel forms, and formulas and have an idea of Macros
  • Proactive - should be proactive to make follow-ups from other departments without the need for instruction from the AM/OM
  • Minutes of the Meeting - Very attentive to details of any conversation we have during meetings
  • Willing to work long hours
  • At least 6 months-1 year of experience in HR/Admin
