Your Role

As a Client Experience Specialist, you will:

• Reports directly to Senior Client Experience Manager who handles various accounts
• Responsible in tracking all action items of the Client Experience Team and check it's completion on a day to day basis
• Responsible in providing feedback to the Senior Client Experience Manager on the completion of each tasks of the CE AMs.
• Responsible in creating reports for the day to day Operations including Attendance, Action Items, Minutes of the Meeting Agreements, Open Items of other departments
• Responsible in handling administrative tasks of all Operations Leads supported

• Proficient in MS Office and Google
• Excellent communication skills
• Graduate of any 4-year course
