This role focuses on executing tailored marketing initiatives that drive engagement, foster loyalty, and contribute to sales growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing plans and an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management – Serve as the primary marketing contact for Tier 1 clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Marketing Plan Execution – Implement client-specific marketing strategies in collaboration with the sales and product teams to support upselling and retention objectives.
- Data and Insight Mining – Conduct regular engagements with clients to extract valuable feedback, insights, and market intelligence that can inform strategy, improve customer experience, and identify new opportunities.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting – Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with creative, content, and digital teams to deliver high – quality marketing materials that align with client expectations and brand standards.
- Customer Experience Enhancement – Advocate for the client’s perspective within the company to ensure a consistent and positive experience across all touchpoints.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing or client relations, preferably with exposure to key account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in project management, with a proven track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
