Location and Workplace: Onsite (Cebu City, Philippines)
Shift Schedule: Dayshift (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH Time)
Salary: Up to PHP 35,000

As a Pre-Claims / Insurance Checker, you’ll play a key role in assessing potential claims under income protection, Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD), and life insurance policies through superannuation funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate eligibility for income protection, TPD, and life/death claims
- Identify and review Australian superannuation accounts and insurance coverage
- Analyze policy documents and supporting financial information
- Communicate with clients and fund reps using system templates and guided scripts
- Draft initial letters and organize digital claim files
- Maintain accurate records and progress tracking within internal systems
- Stay current on insurance laws, fund changes, and industry updates
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance in handling personal data

Skills & Experience
Essential Skills
- Strong analytical and investigative abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Proven experience in handling Australian TPD, income protection, or life insurance claims
- Familiarity with Australian superannuation funds and insurance practices
- Experience in a law firm, insurance, or claimant-focused setting preferred
- Background in legal, medical, or insurance customer service is an advantage
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
