Job Description
- Minimum 0–1-year experience in insurance claims handling
- Proven track record of successful claim handling and customer satisfaction.
- Preferred knowledge of insurance regulations, policies, and procedures
- Investigate and analyze claims documentation
- Determine coverage and liability
- Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes
- Communicate effectively with insureds, claimants, suppliers, and brokers
- Apply industry-standard claims handling procedures.
- Claims investigation and analysis
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and organization
- Customer service and relationship-building
