CLAIMS ANALYST

STAFFLUENCE RESOURCES INC. is looking for a dedicated Claims Analyst willing to work onsite, Monday to Friday at the Company’s Head Office, PDCP Bank Centre, L.P. Leviste Street, Makati City.

CLAIMS ANALYST

A Claims Analyst is responsible for assessing claims submitted, gathering supporting evidence, and making a decision on the validity of the claim. They must be attentive to detail and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills in order to make accurate decisions.

DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Review and assess claims
• Analyze documentation such as records and bills
• Investigate discrepancies in claims
• Make decisions on claim validity
• Negotiate settlements and payment plans

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good numerical and financial skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently to tight deadlines
• Good organizational and time management skills
