RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and submit concrete outline/ rebar shop drawings.
  • Prepare response to the engineer's comments
  • Prepare RFIs
  • Perform clash coordination

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Proficiency in AutoDesk's Revit with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Proficient in AutDesk's CAD with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Moderate skill to use Excel.
  • Knowledgeable in basic survey engineering and able to analyze data from survey team and apply it to BIM models
  • Work with the team to create detailed models based on full requirements from the employer including identifying projects goals, objectives, and constraints.
  • Able to create and set parameters of Revit family.
  • Able to control/minimize Rebar cutting wastage.
  • knowledgeable in AASHTO and ACI codes to apply to rebar shop drawings and able to read and analyze plans and specifications.
