Your Opportunity

The Chief Transformation Officer is responsible for leading and driving strategic transformation initiatives across the organization to ensure agility, growth, sustainability and long-term success. The CTO acts as a change agent and orchestrator, aligning people, processes, technology, and culture to achieve enterprise-wide transformation goals. This role partners with senior leadership to define and execute initiatives that improve operational efficiency, digital capability, customer experience, and business model innovation.

Your Responsibility

  • Define and lead the company’s transformation agenda in alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with executive leadership to embed transformation priorities into the strategic plan.
  • Develop roadmaps and KPIs to measure transformation success across key areas and departments
  • Lead change management efforts, ensuring alignment and adoption across functions
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the execution of cross-functional transformation projects (e.g., digitalization, organizational redesign, operational excellence)
  • Identify and eliminate barriers to change and transformation efforts
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to ensure transformation initiatives are supported and scalable
  • Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders, including executive committees and boards
  • Mentor internal teams and leaders to build transformation capability within the organization

Your Qualifications

  • Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives (operational, organizational, digital)
  • 7-10+ years of executive-level experience, preferably in strategy, consulting, or operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of business strategy, digital trends, and change management principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
