Client: Local Conglomerate with strong presence in Power Generation
-Open to Expats and Filipinos
-Open-Budget
-Must be willing to relocate in the Philippines
-MUST HAVE Large-Scale experience in Power Generation
Responsibilities:
-Oversee all operations of the power plants
-He or She will manage all manpower needs, including hiring necessary management and supervisory personnel to fill existing gaps.
-Budget Management related to operations, harvesting, planting, and equipment management.
-Will work closely with the CEO and to the Board of Directors
-Will regularly report back to management on operational performance
-Will be conducting all forecasting related to nurseries, planting, harvesting, and loading to ensure optimal resource allocation and planning.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or any related field; an MBA is preferred.
-With at least a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a senior operational role
-Must have Strong leadership and team management abilities.
-Excellent budgeting and financial management skills.
-Proficient in forecasting and operational planning.
-Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
