COMPANY: FILINVEST LAND INC.
The CFO is responsible for the overall fiscal health of the business and supporting sustainable growth across its residential, commercial, industrial, and office developments. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building a high-performing finance team, ensuring revenues and expenses remain balanced, overseeing financial planning and analysis functions, making recommendations on mergers and acquisitions, securing funding, and working with business leaders to analyze financial data and craft budgets.
The CFO also develops plans to drive long-term, profitable, and environmentally responsible growth, identifies and mitigates financial and operational risks, attests to the accuracy of reports, and advises the CEO and board of directors on strategy.
Qualifications:
15+ years of progressive finance experience, including:
At least 5-8 years in a senior leadership role such as Finance Director, VP of Finance, Group Controller, or Deputy CFO from a publicly listed company.
Experience leading multi-functional teams (e.g., FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, internal audit, risk).
Proven track record in:
Strategic financial planning and analysis, Capital structuring and fundraising, Cash flow and working capital management, Financial systems and process optimization, Mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, Board and investor relations, Governance, compliance, and regulatory reporting
Experience in driving or supporting digital finance transformation, ERP implementations, and data analytics initiatives is increasingly valued.
Technology and Systems Acumen:
Proficiency in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Understanding of automation, AI, and digital trends in finance
REQUIRED:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Masters Degree (MBA or Masters in Finance)
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Highly desirable:
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
