Key Duties
- Lead the design and execution of the CEO’s all-hands presentations, including coordinating dry runs and final run-throughs.
- Curate and maintain a vibrant monthly calendar of all internal events and employee engagement activities.
- Keep new hires and employees consistently engaged and well-informed on company initiatives, milestones, and upcoming events.
- Manage end-to-end coordination of meal logistics, including liaising with vendors and the Finance Team.
- Create personalized welcome packs to ensure a warm and memorable onboarding experience for new hires.
- Plan and execute meaningful recognition programs that celebrate employee milestones and special occasions.
- Promote employee referral programs in collaboration with the video editor to produce engaging promotional content.
- Develop and manage engaging content for company social media platforms to highlight internal culture and events

- At least 2 years of experience in event planning, employee engagement, or internal communications.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Marketing, Recruitment, Finance).
- Experienced in handling social media content and employee recognition initiatives.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative problem-solver, adaptable under pressure, and detail-oriented.
- Open to using AI tools to improve work efficiency.
- Willing to work flexible hours when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
