Key Responsibilities
- To answer user questions quickly and effectively, resolve issues with empathy and care, document pain points to share with internal teams, nurture customer relationships, and improve brand credibility.
- Assisting customers with inquiries and issues through chat, emails and calls
- Providing timely and accurate information
- Resolving user complaints and technical problems
- Escalating issues when necessary
- Maintaining a polite and professional demeanor
- Exhibiting strong communication skills
- Understanding the company's products or services
- Documenting interactions and following up with customers
- Ensuring a positive customer experience
- Other related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
- At least 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative/Chat Support Agent in the BPO or similar industry preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility in working hours and open to work on a shifting schedule.
- Excellent problem solving skills, technologically savvy and proficient in using Customer Support software.
- Solutions-oriented and understands the importance of patience and empathy towards clients.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and document customer interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
