Key Responsibilities
- Represent our brand and embody the Strikingly voice in every customer interaction.
- Deliver exceptional service that generates ‘WOW’ moments for both new and existing customers across various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media.
- Translate product information and customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product and internal software to assist customers effectively.
- Maintain a positive and uplifting spirit in all interactions with customers and team members.
- Excellent communication skills in both Slovak and English, with a professional proficiency level.
- A genuine passion for assisting individuals with diverse learning preferences.
- A strong desire for continuous learning, coupled with problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- A working desktop or laptop with a minimum of 8GB RAM, running Windows 10 or MacOS 10.12.6, and an internet connection speed of at least 20 Mbps.
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) is required.
