Key Responsibilities

  • Represent our brand and embody the Strikingly voice in every customer interaction.
  • Deliver exceptional service that generates ‘WOW’ moments for both new and existing customers across various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media.
  • Translate product information and customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product and internal software to assist customers effectively.
  • Maintain a positive and uplifting spirit in all interactions with customers and team members.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in both Slovak and English, with a professional proficiency level.
  • A genuine passion for assisting individuals with diverse learning preferences.
  • A strong desire for continuous learning, coupled with problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • A working desktop or laptop with a minimum of 8GB RAM, running Windows 10 or MacOS 10.12.6, and an internet connection speed of at least 20 Mbps.

Qualifications

  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) is required.
