We're Hiring: Chat and Email Support!
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Chat and Email Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently across various platforms.
Location: Manila, Philippines

Role: Chat and Email Support
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver timely and high-quality chat support to end-users of sales systems, ensuring consistent alignment with internal SLAs and process standards.
Document, update, and refine support materials and knowledge base articles to enhance self-service and drive sales team enablement.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new tools, system releases, and business processes; assist in onboarding new support members as needed.
Collaborate across Sales Technology support levels (L1, L2, and L3) to triage and resolve complex end-user inquiries efficiently.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations when handling user information and transactional data.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at simplifying workflows and optimizing support processes—collecting feedback, identifying pain points, and raising training needs.
Provide quarter-end and year-end close (QEC/YEC) support during weekends or holidays (approximately 3–6 hours over the last three weekends of each quarter), in coordination with SAP regional management and vendor teams.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3+years experience in chat or email support roles.
Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and support tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
