Job Description

  • Translate brand strategies into actionable channel plans across business units.
  • Create and monitor promotional plans per channel to support sales target achievement.
  • Coordinate with field sales to ensure effective implementation and execution of trade programs.
  • Monitor key sales drivers such as promotions, allocations, and forecasting.
  • Ensure communication plans are translated into sales-friendly formats, especially for new products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, sales coordination, or channel support.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and trade execution processes.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Proficient in reporting and analysis for trade activities and performance monitoring.
