Responsibilities
- According to the formula requirements of the R & D team, conduct raw material research and supplier screening simultaneously to ensure that new raw materials match the product R & D progress.
- Ensure that new - channel suppliers comply with food safety management system certifications (such as ISO 22000, HACCP) and target market access standards (such as the Philippine FDA certification). Strictly review supplier qualification documents (such as raw material origin certificates and quality inspection reports).
- Establish a dynamic supplier evaluation system, classify suppliers from four dimensions: production capacity stability, quality consistency, cost competitiveness, and innovation ability. Prioritize establishing long - term cooperative relationships with suppliers with R & D synergy capabilities.
- Establish a trial - use process for new raw materials. Collaborate with the quality inspection department to conduct full - item testing (sensory, physical - chemical, and microbiological indicators) on the first batch of samples. Expand the procurement scale after small - batch trial production to ensure stable and controllable raw material quality.
- Have more than 3 years of experience in procurement channel development;
- Be proficient in English, and Tagalog;
- Possess the ability to develop suppliers and manage risks；
- Be adaptable to a fast - paced work environment and be able to handle urgent procurement needs or sudden supplier issues (such as quality disputes), One should have extremely strong abilities to adapt to changes and solve problems；
- Be able to quickly respond and integrate into the procurement team, collaborate to achieve departmental goals; at the same time, cooperate with cross - departments, and understand production plans and market demands；
- Strictly comply with procurement compliance requirements (such as avoiding conflicts of interest and eliminating kickbacks) to ensure the transparency and fairness of the procurement process.
