Channel Development Manager in Eastwood Quezon City up to 80k
Work schedule: 9am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new dealers, system integrators, and channel partners specializing in -networking and communication products.
- Develop and implement strategic channel programs to grow IPCOMs market presence and sales revenue.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitor activities.
- Negotiate pricing, rebates, and partnership terms to secure long-term dealer relationships.
- Provide training, product updates, and technical support coordination to channel partners.
- Monitor dealer performance, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets and compliance with IPCOM standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and technical support) for smooth order fulfillment and after-sales service.
- Prepare regular reports on sales forecasts, pipeline development, and partner activities for management review.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience within same industry preferably from Rujie, Omada etc.
- Solid understanding of networking and communication technologies.
- Strong partner acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Must be fluent in English (Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willing to travel nationwide.
