As a Change Analyst, you will be responsible for driving successful transitions and transformations within the organization. You will lead end-to-end change management efforts, including impact analysis, planning, execution, and adoption. Your scope will cover organizational impact, cultural shifts, business processes, and training to ensure smooth implementation and stakeholder alignment.

- Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges.
- Create clear and compelling communication materials to inform and engage stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication throughout the change lifecycle to drive adoption.
- Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills for transitions.
- Facilitate the execution of change initiatives, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Monitor progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies for successful implementation.
- Analyze data to measure change effectiveness and prepare reports for continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of adaptability, resilience, and innovation across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change initiatives with business goals.
- Advocate for change management best practices and methodologies.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience in system implementation, change management, or business process transformation.
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotters Change Model).
- Knowledge of project management principles and experience in project-driven environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive change adoption.
- High level of empathy and understanding of the human side of change.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is an advantage.
