Job Description
We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant with strong PowerPoint, video editing, and marketing skills, plus excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop professional PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex information.
- Potentially modify the company website to improve appearance and functionality, using WordPress
- Work with LearnDash and MemberPress to help manage the Life Quest online training portal
- Manage Word documents, including formatting, creating templates, and integrating data.
- Utilize Smart Sheets to enhance team collaboration, manage complex projects, and streamline work processes.
- Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to gather information and ensure all documents and presentations are accurate.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members in utilizing these applications effectively.
- Keep abreast of the latest upgrades and new features of Microsoft Office and SmartSheets to improve and optimize work processes.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong PowerPoint skills are crucial
- Video editing and captioning capabilities needed
- Website improvement assistance desired
- Excellent English with minimal accent is essential due to hearing impairment and work with one Deaf colleague, on occasion
- Seeking a candidate who is trainable, adaptable, patient, very organized, proactive, and available for long-term full-time work.
- Experience in graphics is helpful...drawing, computer generated, etc. (big plus)
- Not focused on social media marketing, but LinkedIn help would be beneficial
