Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accurately calculates and plans aircraft load in order to achieve a balanced aircraft.
  • Calculates load of aircraft
  • Reports any issues regarding the load of the aircraft
  • Plans loading of cargo on the aircraft
  • Calculates weight and balance of aircraft
  • Calculate load sheets using load control software
  • Ensure proper communication and coordination with station and ramp agents

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in the aviation industry.
  • Must be flexible and resilient to operations changes
  • Preferably with experience in centralized load control, airline operations, and ramp handling.

Note: This position is based in Pasay City, Metro Manila and currently follows a hybrid 24/7 work shifting schedule .
