About The Role
Job Description:
- Outbound Telemarketing project where agents call prospective plans with PPO plans.
- Determine the eligibility of the patients for the care benefits we offer by checking the type of health plan they have (PPO and not HMO).
- Determine if the patients are qualified for certain benefits by asking pre-qualifying questions using the CRM.
- Process order of the times through their pharmacy (pain cream, vitamins, etc.) based on the patient's response.
- Follow the script verbatim wherever required for compliance.
- Average computer skills. Knows how to multi task and toggling between applications and MS windows
- Can speak English really well
- Has the ability to sell things over the phone by simply providing detailed descriptions of the product"
