The Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the checkout area is clean and orderly.
Job Description
Scan items and process payments through cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments, or vouchers.
Count money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the checkout counter.
Handle customer complaints and escalate concerns to the supervisor when needed.
Qualifications
With cashiering experience is an advantage
At least SHS graduates are accepted
