About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our team at the GENTLE GIANT AUTO CARE CENTER in Lipa City Batangas. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our auto care centre. This is a full-time position, offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting customers and handling all cash transactions, including payments and refunds
• Accurately processing sales and maintaining a balanced cash drawer
• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues
• Assisting in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Performing other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the auto care centre

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service-focused role
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate cash handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
• A friendly, patient, and professional demeanour
