We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IP Telephony Engineer to manage, maintain, and support our corporate and retail communication infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for the hands-on administration of our telephone systems, including hardware, software, and voice services. This role involves everything from new installations and user support to troubleshooting complex issues across various platforms like Cisco, MS Teams, and analog systems to ensure seamless and reliable communication across all company locations.
Summary: You will engage in the analysis, design, coding, and testing of various components of application code across multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to address challenges, implementing enhancements, and ensuring the quality of the software through rigorous testing and maintenance activities. You will also have the opportunity to contribute innovative solutions to improve processes and outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive records of development processes.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance development practices.
Job Qualifications:
Professional & Technical Skills:
Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Carrier Telecom Networks Implementation.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Experience with network protocols and telecommunications standards.
Proficient in programming languages relevant to telecom applications.
Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools for quality assurance.
Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing network performance.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Carrier Telecom Networks Implementation.
This position is based at our Manila office.
