As a Carrier Sales Representative, you will negotiate rates with carriers to cover loads that were tendered over by a customer.

As a Carrier Sales Representative, you will negotiate rates with carriers to cover loads that were tendered over by a customer.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Negotiating rates with carriers, securing trucking capacity, tracking shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and resolving any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Team and Pricing Analyst to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers upon receiving new leads.
- Confirm quotes with customers, ensure accurate booking of shipments, and perform quality assurance checks to maintain accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of market rates and trends in the shipping industry to excel in their roles.
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with carriers, as this forms the foundation for an effective partnership.
- Focus on securing the right carrier at the right price at the right time to ensure the timely delivery of the customer’s goods.
- Develop and grow relationships with carriers and other transportation companies.

- Studies: International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in Logistics, Carrier Sales, booking shipments and tracking shipments.
- Language: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), following the American Calendar.
