Job Description

This is a hybrid position that will focus on two main things: people leadership and marketing automation management.

Accountabilities

As a people leader:

  • Ensure a proactive and consultative relationship with all business units supported
  • Manage stakeholder expectations regarding deadlines, quality and efficiency and implement critical actions as required
  • Develop and implement support plans for overall department operations to meet service level objectives and metrics and manage day-to-day operations
  • Facilitate Employee growth, training and progress through various means
  • Ensure new employees are oriented to the organization, its policies, facilities, etc
  • Ensure optimal performance of members; develop and implement PIP if performance is not adequate
  • Drive key initiatives to facilitate team process improvement and operational effectiveness
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports; Submit regular operation performance status reports to local RX leadership and stakeholders

As Marketing Automation Lead

  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
  • Will be mainly responsible in training all new hires, as well as upskilling current members, particularly in the technical aspect of the role
  • Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including creation of end-to-end customer journey, campaign canvas, segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with various stakeholders relative to marketing automation opportunities
  • Define KPIs, establish benchmarking per applicable criteria, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI
  • Establish RXPH as a COE for email campaigns / marketing automation

Qualifications

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in marketing, business management or other related fields
  • Must have at least 5 years’ of working experience in the similar capacity, but preferably in email marketing or email automation
  • At least 3 years of people management experience
  • Applicants must be willing to work in flexible/rotating schedule depending on business needs
  • Must be familiar in using email automation tool such as Eloqua (preferred), Pardot, Mailchimp, any other similar tool
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and deductive reasoning skills
  • Good communicator and strong presentation skills
  • Experience in events and events management a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, project management and delegation skills
  • Strong sense of ownership relating to tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Deadline-driven and attention to detail
  • Organized and very systematic in handling tasks at hand
  • Very proactive in stakeholder management, project ownership and team coordination
  • Very decisive and results oriented
  • Project and time management skills demonstrated by the ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
  • Strong commitment to performance and team success
