Call Quality Analyst

• Check compliance of commercial operation team on the intentional activities that are delegated be management.
• Review the intentional activities as assigned locations in NCR, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao as they speak the regions dialect of our operations which covers accounts for Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc's business.
• Review intentional activities through iCheck and check for compliance of IA's standard.
• Conduct weekly cadence to cluster head, directors of commercial operation, results of quality check done on intentional activities.
• Monitor progress of compliance to reporting standards of commercial operation.
• Monitor action items agreed with cluster heads/area manager to address non-compliance to intentional activities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant quality assurance/audit experience.
• Knowledgeable with different dialect is an advantage.
• Self-starter and self motivated.
• Excellent writing skills and good speaking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
