Salary Range: ₱21,000 Package + HMO

Work Setup: Full WFH

Shift Schedule: 12MN-1PM Manila Time (5PM-6AM UK Time)

Location: Remote

The salary offered depends on your skills, expertise, and evaluation results.

Job Overview

We’re looking for dependable, tech-savvy individuals to provide light call handling and administrative assistance for a UK-based property management client. While actual calls are rare (averaging 10 or fewer per month), the role requires staying responsive throughout the shift and helping with back-end admin tasks when calls are not active.

This role is perfect for someone who’s already working nights or prefers quiet, low-call volume setups while providing valuable support to the business and wider team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Remain on standby overnight to answer emergency or access-related calls (short, under 10 mins).
  • Verify caller details using a laptop and perform basic remote actions.
  • Follow escalation procedures for urgent situations.
  • Log all calls and actions accurately and promptly.
  • Assist with admin tasks, document tracking, or light team coordination while on standby.
  • Return any missed calls within 5 minutes.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent spoken English with clear communication skills.
  • Laptop and mobile phone with reliable internet access.
  • Able to stay responsive from 5 PM to 6 AM UK time.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive with admin work.
  • Prior customer service, emergency handling, or admin experience is a plus.
