Job Summary:

As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and our customers. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services. Your goal is to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

    • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, address concerns, or conduct surveys.
    • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.


Qualifications:

  • SHS graduate with or without experience
  • Or completed 2nd year college for HS old curriculum with 6 months of BPO experience.
  • College Graduate with or without experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Amenable to work onsite.
