CAD Technician (US Based Client)

Employment Type: Full-Time Employment

Work Set-Up: Onsite onboarding for 2–4 weeks, followed by a transition to a work-from-home setup.

Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S Eastern Time Zone)

Salary Package: 50,000 PHP to 70,000 PHP/Monthly

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled CAD Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and managing technical drawings and plans to support our engineering, architectural, or construction projects. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise, and maintain 2D and 3D CAD drawings, layouts, and designs.
• Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and project requirements into accurate technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to support project development.
• Maintain drawing files, documentation, and revision histories.
• Assist in preparing design presentations and technical documentation.
• Identify and resolve potential design issues during drafting.
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in drafting, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD and Revit required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Experience in Retail Projects is a must.
• Experience working with U.S based clients is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in civil and mechanical drafting.
• Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering tools.
• Knowledge of Civil 3D strongly preferred.
