Job Summary:

• Order confirmations
• Checking and updating delivery dates
• Reporting (OOR...)
• RFQ
• Maintaining data in ERP Helios – master data, supplier data
• Inventory optimization
• Costs optimization
  
  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Active English (B2)
• MS Office
• ERP Helios / SAP (advantage)
• Analytical and logical thinking
• Proactive approach
• Thoroughness
  
  

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Economic or technical education
  
  

Experience Requirement:

• Administrative and PC work
  
  

Work Experience:

• Procurement/logistics experience (advantage)
