Job Overview

  • Convert purchase requisitions (PR) into purchase orders (PO).
  • Dispatch order copies to suppliers and secure their confirmations.
  • Follow up on material readiness and coordinate transportation with the logistics team.
  • Monitor and maintain monthly supplier delivery performance, focusing on On Time to Request (OTR) and On Time to Confirmation (OTC) metrics.
  • Review GRIR to ensure timely supplier payments.
  • Implement supplier consolidation measures.
  • Proactively address shortages and escalate issues promptly to prevent material deficits and production line downtime.

  • Expedite or de-expedite supplies as needed
  • Ensure timely deliveries
  • Manage rejected materials to avoid production line stoppages
