This role plays a critical part in managing daily workflows, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, optimizing team performance, and achieving business growth targets. You will be at the forefront of clinic leadership—driving service excellence, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading a high-performing team to consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of clinic operations, ensuring a high-performing, motivated team that consistently meets performance standards.
- Promote a culture centered on outstanding customer service, ensuring each client receives exceptional care and that concerns are addressed in line with company protocols.
- Oversee staff scheduling and resource planning to ensure optimal coverage and productivity across all clinic functions.
- Manage clinic financials, including P&L oversight, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor stock usage and minimize losses through effective inventory control and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal protocols, audits, and industry regulations to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Continuously review and refine operational processes to support a seamless, client-centered experience and a well-run clinical environment.
- Solid understanding of the beauty and aesthetic industry, with a strong interest in advanced skincare solutions
- Prior experience in a clinical, medical, or highly regulated environment is essential
- Accreditation or hands-on experience in professional laser and skin treatments is highly preferred
- Proven experience managing P&L statements and interpreting financial data for decision-making
- Flexibility to work varied hours based on operational needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear presentations
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and development
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong commercial awareness, organizational skills, and a high degree of professionalism
- Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Previous success in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, such as a startup or growth-stage business
- Must be amenable to working onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
