The Role

• Client: Insurance Company
• Job Type: Direct-hire, Full-time Employment
• Work Setup: 2x a week (or 8x a month) Report to BGC, Taguig; Day shift
• Salary: We welcome candidates of all salary expectations and aim to find the best fit for the role

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will determine and document business requirements, coordinate with developers, communicate for clarification and testing, formulate test strategies, execute test plans, and conduct acceptance testing. You will also document procedures, provide post-implementation support, maintain knowledge of current technology, identify improvement areas, and conduct training as needed.

Ideal Profile

Education And Experience

• College/University Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business
• At least 2-3 years of Business Analysis Experience
• Programming experience is a plus but NOT required
• Must have strong analytical and conceptual skills, good interviewing skills (for data gathering/business requirements preparation);
• Possesses good oral and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills, must be very client-oriented;
• With high-stress tolerance and capable of dealing with all levels of management.
• Insurance background or experience working in an insurance company (preferred)
