Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Business Support Specialist to oversee core back-office functions including document control, administrative tasks, basic accounting, and marketing support. This role is ideal for a well-organized individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Your Responsibilities

Document Control

  • Manage and maintain company records and filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Ensure accurate documentation tracking, numbering, and archiving.
  • Handle internal and external document routing, approvals, and version control.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in day-to-day office operations, including procurement and scheduling.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and manage internal communications.
  • Handle correspondence and liaise with vendors and service providers.

Accounting and Finance Support

  • Assist in bookkeeping, petty cash, and expense monitoring.
  • Prepare basic financial reports (AR/AP tracking, receipts, and billing).
  • Coordinate with external accountants or finance teams for monthly reporting.

Marketing and Branding

  • Support content creation for social media, newsletters, and basic graphics.
  • Assist in maintaining the website and digital presence.
  • Help organize marketing campaigns and events (online/offline).

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a generalist role or in any of the functions listed.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with marketing
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Trustworthy, resourceful, and can work with minimal supervision.
