What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Business Support Coordinator to join our DW PH Project Services team and coordinate office operations and team activities, as well as providing support to BGLs to ensure delivery of Business Plan objectives.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • PA support to the Business Group Leaders and Team Leaders
  • Support delivery and follow up around identified Business Plan action
  • Schedule meetings and functions on behalf of Business Group Leaders (BGL) and Team Leads (TL), organise presentations, catering, minute taking and follow up on actions as required
  • Organisation and delivery of Business Group activities and events
  • Create and update Business Group organisational charts
  • Responsible for adhoc proof reading, formatting, collating information and quality checks of documents
  • Business Group meeting slide pack preparation
  • Email Distribution Group Management
  • PM/PD Session Preparation (this will be managed predominantly in SA only – some assistance may be required)
  • Team Calendar invites/1/4 check-in invites
  • Other Ad-hoc duties (Catering/Document formatting/ External Training Form assistance/Team lunch coordination/Milestone celebrations etc.)
  • Remote Reception phone support (Tuesday lunch cover (1pm-2pm ACST/ASDT) / Adhoc)

What you will bring to the team:

  • must be proficient in Teams, Calendar Management, PowerPoint, OneNote, Loop
  • must have good communication skills
  • Proficiency in Sharepoint and document management
  • Ability to deliver work with minimal grammatical and typographical errors, document control and adhering to GHD’s Visual and Business Writing Style Guides
