Global Service Center Overview

The Chevron Global Customer Service Center is a team of 400 Customer Service Center & Technology professionals, spread out in 17 countries across the globe which provides a cost-effective, effortless, and digitally enabled experience for our internal partners and external customers as they engage with Chevron across the globe.

Our Manila location is composed of 250 employees composed of supervisors, team leaders, subject matter experts and customer service representatives. We provide support to different regions where Chevron has a presence. Established in 2006 we pride ourselves in promoting the Chevron values of integrity, trust, diversity and inclusion, safety.

Chevron is accepting online applications for the Business Support Analyst position.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Review, interpretation, analysis and administration of various critical and complex US based fuel retail programs and business support functions.
  • Prepares reports as needed by the various programs.
  • Work with various company and external business partners to successfully execute retail brand programs.
  • Identifies, documents, and shares best practices within the team. Reviews and updates all documentation for US-related processes of retail programs.

Business Support Functions To Be Handled

  • Asset Management – Oversees all POS Equipment within Chevron US retail network and ensures that all Assets are accounted for between Chevron and 3rd Party Vendors. Assist in reconciliation and settlement of payment between Chevron and 3rd Party Vendors.
  • Reports, Data Analysis and Planning – Handles OPEX forecasting for Channel Experience Team. Prepares and presents annual budget for Channel Experience Team. Performs monthly actual vs plan budget analysis and highlights to management significant variances against planned allocations. Monitors spending on Capex projects and OPEX expenditure. Manages and implements all Service Level Agreements. Discusses highlights of monthly metrics (Site Count Report, OPEX, Asset Ledger, MAC and Projects to Retail Programs Manager and POS Specialists. Provides analytical support to Retail Programs in preparation and consolidation of data and reports required by the business. Provides POS change report to sales automation specialist, rents specialist and vendors to ensure software maintenance fees are applied and stations are billed with rental contract.
  • SAP Gateway Billing Process – Completes mass billings that maybe requested from Channel Experience Team
  • Business Development Fund (BDF) – Completes payment process review and periodic accruals
  • Compliance - Performs SOX controls related to Acquisition Requests and Capital Project
  • Rental Contracts – Provide back-up support for analysis and accurate updates of equipment rentals in the system between Chevron and 3rd Party Vendors
  • Property Lease – Provide back-up support for critical property lease related concerns (e.g. Rental Contract (Real Estate Module) set-up and payment concerns, completion of monthly payment runs)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree completion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, PowerBI, Excel, Word)
  • Strong Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Problem Solving skills: Ability to exercise critical thinking skills to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: Can effectively communicate to different levels in the organization and facilitate/present to different type of audiences
  • Organizational and Planning skills: Ability to manage priorities and work independently and with the team while producing quality work

Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters. 



International Considerations:

Selected candidate will work in the Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
