Job Description:
The Business Process Specialist provides governance, support and assistance in operationalizing business process frameworks, methodologies and tools, as well as in structuring and continuously improving business processes. The specialist performs functions through data analysis, monitoring and coordination with all Distribution Utilities.
The BP Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Integrated Management System to meet organizational objectives and compliance requirements. This role involves coordinating efforts across various Distribution Utilities (DUs) to ensure that quality, environmental, health and safety, asset, and other management system standards are effectively integrated into the organization's operations. This position also functions as the Audit Team Leader (ATL), responsible for implementing and sustaining the IMS Internal Audit Process across AP DU. The duties include planning, leading, organizing, developing, assessing and coaching the Internal Auditors to ensure compliance with performance requirements and facilitate continuous improvement.

- Project Management
Qualifications:
- A graduate of a four-year Business/Industry-related course, preferably Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering
- At least 1 year relevant work experience related to the company’s business/operations
- Proficient in Google Suite and MS Applications
- Preferably with a project management leadership experience
- Certification on ISO Internal Auditor's Training Course is an advantage
