Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Process Associate to join our team at MBPS. This position is responsible for the precise indexing and data entry of transactions, prioritizing both quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and verify client information in the system (90% of the time).
  • Create and fulfill necessary requirements (10% of the time). Ensure accuracy of information before issuance to prevent compliance errors.
  • Complete all assigned cases within the designated turnaround time.
  • Communicate effectively with underwriters and other departments.
  • Consistently meet set service level targets.
  • Handle transactions accurately with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • College or University degree in any field.
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM with 98% accuracy.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Word/Excel.
  • Understanding of basic insurance processes and principles.
