Business Lead / Operator — Service Business for Seniors

• you can realistically reach $10k/mo or more as the business grows (depending on performance and scale)
• your upside isn’t capped by a fixed paycheck
• you’re building equity and leverage, not “just a role”

You’ll also work directly with Athan Slotkin as advisor/operator support (high standards, fast learning, no babysitting).

Early on, income is lower while we push hard to revenue.

We’re moving fast — weeks, not months — and your income accelerates as revenue + profit accelerate.

If you need guaranteed stability immediately, this isn’t the right fit.

• Revenue + profit ownership (margin matters)
• Build the machine: acquisition → conversion → delivery → retention → referrals
• Ops + SOPs + QA so service quality stays high
• Weekly targets, bottlenecks, fixes, execution

• Sprint mentality: often 6 days/week, sometimes 7 if the bottleneck requires it (not a “shift,” a standard).
• Aggressive hours when needed (this is an operator seat)
• Self-directed execution (no waiting for instructions)
• Strong enough tech literacy to run systems + support customers - Phones, computers, apps like Netflix, etc, plus basic troubleshooting (logins, permissions, files, tabs, settings). No coding.
• Highly organized — you keep work clean, track commitments, and can find anything fast.
• Systems-minded — you turn chaos into checklists/SOPs and make execution repeatable.
• Detail-oriented — you QA your own work, catch mistakes early, and protect quality.
• Ethical — you do the right thing even when no one’s watching; no shortcuts, no misrepresentation, no weird behavior with customer info.
