Business Developmet Associate

We are looking for new graduates who are willing to be trained to help our teams in doing the following:

Key Responsibilities

• Quotation Preparation: Draft and prepare quotations for clients based on project specifications and requirements.
• Client Communication: Answer client email inquiries, ensuring prompt, professional, and accurate responses to maintain client satisfaction.
• Contract Monitoring: Track contract timelines, renewal dates, and fulfillment to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
• Meeting Attendance: Participate in client meetings with the Business Development Manager, taking notes and assisting with follow-up actions.
• Support Business Development Activities: Assist in researching market trends, identifying potential clients, and preparing presentations.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate
• Excellent marketing and interpersonal skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Solid research, analytical and writing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Willing to travel extensively and highly familiar with the area of operations
